A Message from the President
When you participate in NAIOP Tulsa you gain an edge on Tulsa's rebounding commercial real estate market. In 2013, our members had access to a panel of top commercial real estate bankers who share their insights on the stabilizing financial market; a preview of how the new One Place Development downtown finally came together; an insider's tour of the remarkable progress in the Brady District; face-to-face interview with the NAIOP national president on critical tax implications to the commercial real estate industry; and an opportunity to meet our elected City Officials face to face in a Southern Hills Country Club reception.
NAIOP Tulsa is the only commercial real estate membership organization to have members and regular participation from the City of Tulsa Development Services, INCOG, City of Tulsa Fire Department, Tulsa Metro Area Chamber of Commerce and Tulsa Public Works Department.
Our annual Tulsa Trends conference hosts some of the nations most respected commercial real estate development professionals along with the region's top professionals.
As a member you will also have access to our Developing Leader program -- an opportunity for young commercial development and real estate professionals under the age of 35 to build relationships with one another and develop the skills and knowledge required to become the next generation of successful industry leaders.
I encourage you to visit our meetings and see the opportunities that membership would open for you.
